To maintain a safe and enjoyable stay, fees will apply for violations of key house rules:
Smoking Indoors: $500 for any smoking evidence inside.
Noise Disturbances: $300 per incident for excessive noise.
Unauthorized Late Check Out – $50-$100 for checkout beyond the agreed time without prior approval.
Unauthorized Events/Extra Guests: $400 if guest count exceeds booking or for unapproved gatherings.
Improper Parking: $150 for unauthorized or obstructive parking
