Pets are allowed only with prior approval, with a maximum of two dogs. Pets are not permitted in the pool or on any indoor furniture or bedding, including beds and sofas.✹✹
✹✹Our home is outfitted with luxury bamboo linens, which require specialized off-site care. If pet-related damage, stains, excessive hair, odors or excessive wear are found on bedding, linens, furniture or rugs and cannot be remedied through professional cleaning, guests will be charged for replacement.✹✹
✔ Children must be supervised at all times around the pool
✔ No glass in or around the pool area — please use the provided plastic drinkware outdoors
✔ Guests may not tamper with or adjust any pool equipment — contact us and we will take care of it
✔ The pool can be heated to a comfortable 90°F (32°C) on request. Pool heating is available beginning in December; please give advance notice as heating takes time to reach temperature.
✹Please note that we do not accept bookings from guests under the age of 21. Guests aged between 21 and 25 will be required to verify their identification separately and leave an additional refundable deposit✹
✹✹No smoking or vaping: strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including inside the home, patios, driveway, and pool area.
SMOKING FINE: $500
✹✹Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No loud music, parties, events, DJs or amplified sound at any time. This is a quiet residential neighborhood. A $1,000 disruption fee may be charged for violations that disturb the community or require intervention✹✹
✹✹Only registered guests are permitted on the property and maximum occupancy must never exceed the limit stated in the listing. A maximum of two vehicles are permitted in the driveway✹✹
✹✹For the safety of our guests and protection of the property, exterior security cameras are installed around the outside of the home. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home, as we respect your privacy✹✹
✹✹During this time, we also want to assure our guests that the entire home is cleaned and disinfected between each stay. All linens, sheets, and towels from the previous stay are thoroughly cleaned and replaced as well✹✹
