Your rental comes with one designated parking spot in the lot behind the building (out of the front door of your unit). There are also paid parking lots next to and around the building, along with the Sonesta Hotel on the corner of Sunrise Blvd and A1A, for additional cars. Although, we highly recommend the use of ride share because this listing is very centrally located to everything in the Fort Lauderdale area.
MOST AFFORDABLE PARKING IN THE AREA: Parking lot behind 2828 E SUNRISE BLVD – only a 5 minute (0.2 mile) walk from the listing. Parking is only $20/day, $30 for 2 days, $50 for 5 days, or $120 per month!
Just to the west of the building there is “Beach Parking” parking lot where you can park overnight for $40-50/night or if you want to valet at the Sonesta Hotel (corner of Sunrise Boulevard and A1A) you may do so for about $40/night
You will have exclusive use of these 2 units during your stay, allowing you to enjoy uninterrupted privacy. Feel free to relax, unwind, and make yourself at home without any interruptions.

If you have more than one pet, there will be an additional charge, as the pet fee on this platform is only for one pet. Additionally, please inquire for permission if you have more than 2 pets or if any of your pets are over 40 pounds.
No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. We kindly ask guests to respect this policy and use designated smoking areas outside the premises. SMOKING FINE: $500
During this time, we also want to assure our guests that the entire home is cleaned and disinfected between each stay. All linens, sheets, and towels from the previous stay are thoroughly cleaned and replaced as well

Guests may request shipping of their left-behind items. A minimum fee of $60, covering labor and shipping with tracking, applies. Depending on the size and shipping location, the fee may vary.
